The question of copyright of work is an issue for many writers, and it is a question that is regularly posed. When you submit your work to Concept Pictures, it is treated in confidence and remains secure while it is with us. If we are interested in your work, and or talent, we will seek to promote it within Concept Pictures. If not, we will return an email to you stating that Concept Pictures is no longer considering that your work. We do not retain or pass on work that has been rejected.

Please note: All entries sent to Concept Pictures are submitted on the basis that Concept Pictures shall have no liability whatsoever as a result of their submission and that all submissions are the sole original work of the writer.

Although you can copyright your work, you cannot copyright the idea behind it - similarities in ideas behind works frequently occur, and we cannot undertake to compensate you if material similar to yours, received coincidentally from another source, is subsequently commissioned or produced by Concept Pictures.
